We booked one room but upon arriving we were told that a wasps nest had been found in the room so we were given two rooms for the same price! Food was wonderful and the house was only 10-15 away by bus to the city. Its in a quite suburb and we really enjoyed our stay. Owners were very helpful... more

Donna and James have the warmest welcome and an even warmer hospitality on offer. We stayed 3 nights all up and were not disappointed. Breakfast was great, fresh with quite the selection. The location was quietly nestled in the Belfast burbs not too far from the city, bus only takes 10 or so minutes. Thanks again guys, Grant & Kath more

The location: quite a ways out of the city centre (much more than the 15 minutes walk suggested in the website). So, if you want handy access to downtown, this is a bit out of the way. There is a relatively easy bus route close by. If you want to stay in a quieter, residential neighbourhood, you'll like it. The... more

Awesome. I stayed at Roseleigh for three nights and everything was ok. Cleaniness very good, staff polite, location is not so far from Belfast city centre by bus. Breakfast is really nice. Good communication by mail in booking process. more

We stayed here over Easter 2006 - after a bit of a rough start - our flight out of the US was delayed an entire day due to horrific storms and tornadoes, so we were a day later arriving, and had some trouble with getting a message to the B&B to let them know. Someone back home was contacting them... more

This B&B is situated in a quite residential road a short bus-ride from the city centre. The room was spotless, warm and comfortable. I had a lovely breakfast that inclued fresh fruit and freshly brewed coffee. I would recommend this B&B to everyone and would opt to stay there again, rather than the souless hotels in the city centre. more

I have stayed here 3 times in the past 12 months; once alone and twice with family. Each time we have been warmly welcomed by Donna and her staff. The location is great, on the main bus route so transport into town is really easy. The rooms are good; the family room was a bit of a squeeze for us... more

We stayed 2 nights in June 2007. Rooms were spotless, breakfast was ample, the management was first rate, helpful, and a joy. I heartily recommend this B & B. Its location is also an asset given the easy access to the bus system. Mark Rosentraub, Cleveland, Ohio MSRosentraub@Adelphia.Net more

Roseleigh House was a lovely home in a great neighborhood outside of Belfast (similar to Bethesda outside of DC). It's a little far from the center of Belfast, but driving in wasn't too much of a problem and parking was easier than most modern cities. The house was typical of others in the neighborhood and the rooms were large and... more
