From first making contact (via email) to arrange an overnight stay at Roseleigh House to the moment our all too short stay was over was a positive experience. We had a lovely double bedroom with a large bay window and sparkling clean ensuite. Donna recommended dining at a local restaurant 'The Shed Bistro' and prebooked a table for us. The... More

Just come back from 5 nights at Roseleigh House in Belfast. I have stayed here a number of times because of the warm welcome, comfortable rooms and delicious breakfasts. Donna takes the time to chat with her guests, James, her husband, manages to remember all the guests' names and serves breakfast promptly ensuring everyone has everything they need. I would... More

This is a fabulous B&B in a lovely house in a beautiful suburb near belfast. The rooms were very airy and bright with wifi and extremely comfortable beds. We had a room with a bay window which I loved. The breakfast was very good with a great selection of dishes all beautifully cooked. Donna and her family were all very... More

We stayed at the fantastic Roseleigh House recently and were warmly welcomed by Donna and James - They went out of their way to facilitate our needs including a very early breakfast on sunday morning! If you are looking to stay at a wonderful, welcoming guest house within a stones throw of the city centre then you will not do... More

We arrived in the late afternoon and needed to leave at 6am for a ferry to Scotland, but Donna and James made us more than welcome - preparing afternoon tea (yummy shortbread), ordering our cab for the morning, and letting us know where to find an evening meal close by. Roseleigh is in a lovely tree-lined street and the guest... More

I chose Roseleigh House for our stay in Belsfast on the back of the excellent reviews on Tripadvisor. I'm very happy to say, it was better than expected. The B&B was extremely clean and well run. Breakfasts were perfectly prepared and generous in portions too. Donna and James were warm and friendly offering valuable advice for our stay in the... More

Just a perfect place to stay while visiting Belfast. Donna made the entire time we spent there a great experience. The house is awesome, the food was wonderful and the host were welcoming, friendly and supportive. Would recommend without hesitation, just don't ask Donna if its a "dive." Love you lady

My sister and I stayed here for 5 nights and found it to be a lovely home away from home. The room was comfortable and the breakfasts were great. Donna went out of her way to help with our queries. We had a car so being a little away from the city centre wasn't a problem for us, though my... More

We stayed here for four nights and had a great time. Donna and James are super nice and welcoming. The breakfasts were delicious! My husband threw out his back while we were there and Donna gave him an ice pack and paracetemol. Donna also took our clothes to be laundered while we were sightseeing for the day. However, our bathroom... More

Roseleigh House is spotlessly clean.... Exceptionally warm host James was most caring and welcoming. The most amazingly comfortable bed with duvet and pillows to make you not want to get out of bed and to top everything off a beautiful home cooked breakfast with fresh fruits tea coffee. Room was very very warm and cosy. Thank you, James Donna and... More
