The room was clean and comfortable. The toilet and bathroom was spotless. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Would recommend this bnb to anyone visiting Belfast looking for a quiet and relaxing stay.

Warm friendly host, super room, spacious and comfortable with a beautiful new shower room. Really convenient for 15 minute walk into the city, and useful for sightseeing and appointments in the area around Finaghy.

Stayed here as it was my work night out, and it was just what I needed a clean and tidy place to stay, lovely breakfast but last order is 9am which is very early for a Sunday morn, staff was very polite and helpfull, and for £34 great value.

Thank you very much for this stay, we really appreciate your kindness. Huge breakfast preparing for a full day of tourism. I really recommend it to those who are passing through even if it is not located in the city center

Very nice hosts and would have liked to have stayed longer except we had to be in Dublin very early to be at the US Embassy due to fact my traveling partner lost her passport, The only downside to this B&B was the shared bathroom, but I was aware of it before I got there.

Perfect for if you are simply passing through, for somewhere to lay your head. Clean and quiet, in a safe part of Belfast, and close to everything. Would definitely stay again, and thoroughly recommend!

Very clean and tidy, very good value for money, and very friendly staff. Breakfast cooked to order, rather than just picking from a buffet. Nice real filter coffee, and proper orange juice - what a welcome change from a lot of other budget establisments! Shared bathrooms very nicely appointed and kept very clean. The only downside is that there are... More

I booked 2 rooms at Windermere. Shortly afterwards, I emailed the manager to explain that I needed to change the particulars of 1 of the rooms. All seemed fine with the arrangement. Upon arrival, I was told that I had only booked 1 room! The girl on reception was rude and didn't seem to care for our predicament, shrugging her... More

We enjoyed our stay. Some nice restaurants in the area. For the price it is a good deal. Conveniently close to the bus heading downtown. Excellent staff very helpful and professional -- very helpful suggestions.

A great room at a great price. Near the bus to town. Several abandoned and shut up houses and buildings on the block made it less appealing to come and go. Lots of room inside the room; clean and well-kept (shared) bathrooms. Nice staff.
