I found that the b&b was a bit out of the way (nice area). We arrive and the b&b was clean a bit run down in some parts just needs some paint. The room was a very good size and free wifi which was great. I knew I had no bathroom in the the bed room which is ok for... More

I booked one night in the Windermere Guesthouse. It's very basic but very clean. I had a room on the top floor, which was very small but as I was travelling solo, it didn't matter. The wifi doesn't work on the top floor, by the way. I wasn't aware of the shared bathroom until I checked in and I wasn't... More

We booked 2 twin rooms through laterooms.com for £128 total. Easy access, ok on street parking, didn't fancy the off street parking. Allowed us to leave equipment in front room overnight and locked it for us. Clean, beds etc fine, en suite and shared facilities good. Quiet. Breakfast good, staff helpful. WiFi very reliable in rooms 1&2. Good old fashioned... More

The location is very good near Queen's University and across from Belfast hospital. Buses running all day from city center if you do not want to walk. Safe area. Rooms are small but very cozy and clean. Hostess is very friendly. Breakfast is good and included in the rate. Can't get a better deal in a safe and good area.... More

spent one night with a friend in the twin ensuite room. the beds were very comfortable and room nicely furnished. The host was very friendly and charming, couldnt ask for much more. you have to say what you would like for breakfast the day before (though i didnt ask if i could choose on the day). i stuck with a... We were just in Belfast visiting for one night and needed 2 single room that were cheep and not too far from the city centre. Nice welcome from Renata, rooms are small but clean and tidy, bed was comfortable, nice to have a sink in the room also. Breakfast was hot and nicely cooked. Good service and a nice cheery... More

Windermere's hostess Hilary is warm and welcoming even though we arrived very late. The facilities are clean and well maintained. It's in a wonderful position and the breakfasts are DELICIOUS. She also proved there's nothing better than a local's recommendation when she booked us a brilliant Black Cab Tour which made our day. Thanks Hilary and friends!

The hotel is pretty near the centre. We just stayed one night but found it a very good location. Hotel itself is in some need of repair and could do with a touch of paint. However, the staff were very friendly, helpful and gave good advice on where to go and eat.

Good welcome from Renata and Hilary Both do a good job in ensuring guests are made to feel comfortable. Rooms were spacious and well appointed although the shower cubicle is on the small side. Very difficult to get wifi in room 2

I stayed 6 nights at Windermere last summer with my 6 year old daughter. While the place first seemed to lack a little charm, it kinda grew on me. We even stayed there again last June . The rooms are very clean, comfortable and the shared bathrooms are spotless. Some rooms are much smaller (I think on the top floor)... More
