4 of 5 stars Reviewed yesterday NEW

We arrived mid March on a chilly afternoon. Found adequate parking street side and a friendly helpful staff to help unload our bags and direct us to the gated parking. Check in was a breeze, rooms were spacious, clean and simple. We booked the "family" room with a double and pull out double couch, others in our party had rooms... More

Generally comfortable hotel, standard Holiday Inn Express. Room fine apart from the soft bed. Noticed some comments on the small bathrooms but thought it was fine (you do not live in them!) as long as you are ok with a walk in shower and not a bath. Excellent breakfast. About 20-25 minute walk from City Centre.

Spent the night for our wedding anniversary. The room was very clean and spacious with very comfortable beds. Checking in was very easy and the staff were very pleasant. Overall a nice stay and the breakfast was very nice and plentiful. Would use again..

Stayed two nights in March 2015 while visiting Belfast and Northern Ireland sights. The rooms are clean and comfortable. However the bathroom (especially shower) is on the small side. If a bathtub is important, then this might not be the right hotel for you. There are restaurants nearby, but still somewhat of a walk. Breakfast is full Irish - buffet... More

This hotel is a fairly good base for exploring Belfast or if you have business in the University Quarter. However, it is not somewhere to stay for any prolonged period. The rooms are pretty basic with small toilet/shower rooms. This is actually fine for the price and one doesn't expect luxury at budget rate. What one might expect is that... More

This was a lovely hotel to stay in on my recent trip. The room was clean and a good size. The breakfast was really good and a great selection. Good quiet area as well with some very good restaurants and cafes nearby.

This is a great place to stay to visit Belfast. It's walkable to the main city centre but in a quiet part of the city so there's no disturbances during the night. We had a room on the third floor at the end which also meant the only neighbours we had were on one side. Unfortunately on the first night... More
