I booked this hotel because it was one of the very few in the area that provided parking. I expected a reasonable standard because of the brand name, but overall I was disappoined. The hotel was situated further out of the city then we would have liked. A 20 minute walk but it was near to the Botanic Gardens and Queens University so near tourist spots. I stayed at the 'Express by Holiday Inn Belfast' last month and was very disappointed with this hotel. Its more like a hostel, very basic accommodation and very over priced at £75 per room per night. The only good thing about this is hotel is the buffet breakfast and secure locked parking. more

This is a very bad example of the worst end of holiday inn. I like holiday inn usually but this place is dreadful and expensive considering the price of really nice hotels nearby in much better locations.
