We stayed as a family. I booked well in advance and got a family room for on e night for £37 I thought there would be a catch, but there isn't. This hotel is new , so fresh. Room is basic as you would expect, but has everything for a comfortable stay. Breakfast was about £8 per adult, kids under... More

We stayed here for a night and it was just as required; clean, quiet, and decent food available for dinner and breakfast. Staff very friendly and helpful, although they were a bit overstretched in the restaurant and service was a bit slow. Really good value, convenient for the Titanic Experience and although parking is extra it's not too expensive.

we used this hotel to visit W5 and the Ulster Folk and Transport Museum at Cultra (a 5 minute drive away) though it is also right beside Titanic too, a great location and easy to get to. The staff were very friendly, rooms clean and comfortable, dinner was reasonable and breakfast was very good value, particularly with the kids eat... More

Very comfortable. Very clean and no noise at all. I had 3 kids who all had free breakfast. Food good and reasonable. Perfect for titanic and w5. Would definitely go back as all very easy. Car park a bit of a distance away but not really a problem

OK hotel, exactly what you would expect. The familyrooms are very spacious, the staff is very helpfull, the bar and restaurant are good, prices are very reasonable..... The hotel is situated next to the Titanic quarter, the centre is on a walking distance but a taxi to the centre is only 3 - 4 pounds.

After a long day of driving around it was great to get to the hotel, self check in and jump in a nice warm shower! The bed was so comfy and the breakfast had everything you needed. The Titanic museum is within walking distance and a great place to visit.

This establishment is more corporate than anything, serving the companies in the vicinity. Corporate business people in power suits get express service and crowd the lobby area while those that have booked and prepaid have no idea where to head to. However, the rooms app were consistently clean and the bed was comfortable. There was a terrible view of the... More

Ideally placed to visit the Titanic Museum which is a short walk away. Staff were friendly and helpful and gave a good impression of their city. We didn't use the restaurant in the evening as we wanted to head off into town but we did have the cooked breakfast the following morning which I can thoroughly recommend.

Great place to stay close to the historic ship yards and iconic crains Town is a taxi ride away. The hotel has some excellent friendly staff not your ordinary premier inn The bar area is very small and has open access to the dinning area. Food is the same as every premier inn somewhat bland but the service and friendly... More

A Premier Inn, so the standard is consistent but this one just seemed to be that bit better. Good location in walking distance of the Arena, Titanic Centre, and Belfast Harbour Industrial Estate. Breakfast seemed especially good value with the scrambled eggs and soda bread being memorable for some reason! No hesitation in recommending or staying again.
