I cannot praise the staff, restaurant, facilites and location enough. This is the second time in two months I have had the pleasure of staying here and can't wait to return. It was excellent for a couples break and every bit as good when we returned with our four children. A relaxing and highly enjoyable weekend!!!

We stayed here for 3 nights with our 2 1/2 year old whilst visiting family. Hotel was in a perfect location short walk from city centre and the titanic experience. Staff were wonderful couldn't fault them, arrived before check in time and our room was ready so could check in. Room was big enough for a 3 of us and... More

Stayed here for a short visit to W5 and Titanic Museum. Car park tricky to find, we had 2 cars in our party and one got stung with the extortinate fees in Odyssey car park as did not realise it wasn't with the hotel. Book a table for dinner- we didn't and got told we could have a table for... More

Stayed here on a Saturday night, was very busy as shows where on in odyssey, it's a nitemare to get a car space in the carpark next to hotel, disabled bays where occupied with several cars with no badges displayed, couldn't get a table in hotel for dinner until nearly 9 at night. Breakfast was extremely busy but we were... More

This hotel is in a great location. The hotel is at the port and a short walk away from the city centre. The hotel is also one of the stopping points for the Belfast City Sightseeing hop on hop off red tour bus. This was very nice. The staff is incredibly friendly and professional. The room was very clean aside... More

As me and my husband as regulars to Northern Ireland to see family, and regularly use premier inns and have been here before I can say we are never disappointed the staff are very friendly and always happy to help with anything, if I have to have one moan it's the car park after arriving back to the hotel one... COMFORT, LOCATION AND QUITE. WHAT MORE COULD I ASK FOR. THE ROOM WAS A GREAT SIZE, THE BED WAS SUPER COMFY. Staff were friendly and helpful. Checking in and out was easy. If i had one fault it would be that you have to pay for your parking at the hotel, which can be costly but they do allow some... More

We booked rather late, and weren't left with many options, and this was the best available. The most positive thing I can say is that we had a quiet sleep. The rooms were sort of clean, but could benefit from a deep clean. The rooms are very poorly lit. Hair dryers must be collected from the reception desk. The window... More

Generally Hotel was ok meals were good and the staff very hospitable. Think it could do with a bit of money spent on it here and there. One example the cloth chairs in the dining room were rather grubby. Thats not to say the overall trip was bad by any means.
