I booked this hotel for myself, sister and mother and we stayed mid July 2015. Very comfortable hotel, huge room, breakfast lovely and fantastic, friendly staff. Plenty of good restaurants in walking distance of the hotel and the on site restaurant is very good quality too.

We stayed in the hotels attached apartments during a hen party weekend and it was everything we were looking for. There was 2 bedrooms, one with 1 double bed and another bedroom with 2 double beds. So we were able to sleep 6 adults comfortably. There was also a bathroom with a bath, shower, heated towel rack and a living... More

We stayed for one night while attending a wedding in South Belfast. Good parking facilities and ease of check in and checkout. You pay up front at check in and as there is no mini bar etc that's sensible. Room while not huge was ample and clean Usual TV tea and coffee with biscuits. Hairdryer in drawer but not very... More

My husband & I had a one night stay in an executive room. The room is a good size but a bit dated and housekeeping had missed a few things but not awful. The reception staff were very helpful and pleasant. Unfortunately the food was very average but again the restaurant staff were very pleasant. The breakfast had a good... More

Location is key here. You are only a sort walk to the botanical gardens and the Ulster Museum as well as shopping and pubs. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and service excellent. Their restaurant, The Knife and Fork, offers superb service and tasty, well prepared meals.

Staff couldn't have been friendlier. The rooms were very nice and the food was excellent. There was a great selection of breakfast dishes from French toast and pancakes to eggs Benedict. The location was good with several restaurants a short walk away. Off street parking was also handy. Free view in room as well as iron, hair drier and kettle.... More

Malone Recommended, especially if you want to be close to the University, Ulster Museum and Botanic Gardens. It’s an easy walk from the front door. On the other hand, the walk to City Hall is about 15 minutes and isn’t the most pleasant but is doable if you don’t catch the bus. We stayed in two rooms in the main... More

Enjoyed a 2 night stay here end of March was glad that parking was included in the hotel as parking space in this area would have been otherwise difficult to find. Nice hotel, friendly staff, comfortable spacious clean rooms with lovely bathrooms. Food was generally good however I had to return my breakfast porridge to waiter as burnt. Service for... More

Stayed here for two nights and loved it. From the moment we checked in until we left the staff were delightful. Lovely clean comfortable room. The breakfast was delicious and the food in the Knife &Fork Grill was superb. Worth a visit. It is out of town centre, however there is a great bus service yards away and it takes... More
