Hotel staff always friendly and attentive. Rooms are OK but feeling in need of a refresh - definitely a focus on auld-world comfort - not chic, even in the premium rooms. If comfort and a great Breakfast ( Ulster-Fry or fruity / granola ) is what you need the Europa is perfect. Breakfast is always good and as a "guest"... More

I live about 22 miles from Belfast and as we were meeting friends for a meal, we decided to make a night of it. We would have had to pay for taxis both ways. We arrived early after noon. The room was very spacious, chest of drawers, desk, coffee table, armchairs plus a dressing table. Wardrobe was quite large with... More

Stayed here for Leicester Tigers v Ulster. Sadly we lost the game but Belfast was yet again a fantastic city. It has to be one of the most friendly places on earth. Everyone you meet is chatty and good fun. We stayed in the fantastic Europa hotel which is the perfect location. Plenty of decent bars particularly The Crown. Packed... More

By far the best and my favourite hotel in Belfast. Just back from another weekend stay. The whole hotel team are fantastic and the Concierge guys are amazing with nothing to little to ask for. Martin had looked after me on previous visits and again I left my itinerary up to him. Was well pleased. Thanks again.

This is a beautiful hotel in a really central location. We were upgraded to an executive room so this added to the luxury. The room was very large with a writing desk, a table and two comfortable chairs, a bath and separate shower. The corridor was very quiet and beds were extremely comfortable. (only downside is that there wasn't an... More

Without a doubt the best hotel in Belfast. From the customer service, the food, the rooms , everything is done to the best standard. The customer service I received at the front desk was just what you would expect from a Hastings hotel I was checked in by Steven who was friendly , professional and could not do enough to... More

Great value for money with fantastic warm comfy rooms, that were furthermore up to date and modern! Lots of atmosphere in the piano bar and enjoyed the free cocktail we got with our room however would have maybe liked a few more options of cocktails on offer with that. Incredibly friendly helpful staff such as receptionist Adam!!

A first class hotel all the way. Friendly staff and clean comfortable rooms. In the city center as well. Food was excellent a true 5 star hotel, no wonder all the world's leaders choose to stay here. Will stay here again when I return to Belfast.
