Had a fab time staying in Belfast. The Europa hotel was everything you would want. The people of Belfast are so friendly. Would recommend this hotel. The hotel is always busy with events going on but this adds to the atmosphere and doesn't distract from a great service.

I recently attended the Europa for a conference and over night stay. The hotel was pristine, and lots of smiling faces. Our conference room was well laid out and a sweet treat trolley was a real treat. Dined in the function room that evening and the food was the best I've had at any function I've attended in the island... More

I recently stayed at the Europa for a conference, from the moment I arrived until departure the staff and the hotel could not be faulted ,breakfast was superb with a brilliant choice of local produce and dinner in the Causerie restaurant was very relaxed. The conference facilities were first class ,with all of our requests meet with a smile. Having previously... More

An amazing start to February! Stayed at the Europa for a two day conference, and from checkin to check out it was a wonderful experience. Upto date and modern conference facilities, without a technical hitch. To the beautiful room and even comfier bed. The whole experience from start to finish was perfection with perfect staff and even more delicious food... More

We came here for a wedding and every thing was nice , the dinner was nice enough though the prawn cocktail was a bit off I think the worse thing was the staff. They were rude to the children and made them sad.I think this sort of ruined the experience for us.

I stayed here two nights in January. It is in a well placed spot in City Centre. I was there for pleasure but it seemed to be better suited for business people. The front desk and staff were polite but standoffish. The rooms are clean and modern but smallish. The elevators were slow and always packed. Overall there is nothing... More

We had a great stay at the Europa. The service, accommodation, food and beverages were all top notch. The hotel has a lovely piano bar, as well as nice foyer bar. The breakfast was a lovely self service "full Irish" buffet. The Europa is in a great location: next to the bus station; across the road from some great traditional... More

I stayed in the Europa hotel this week for a conference and had a fantastic experience. Every member of staff I encountered was extremely helpful throughout. The conference facilities were first class from the room setups and equipment to the mouth watering treats we enjoyed during our breaks! Well done to James and his team!

Stayed there for 2 nights and cannot fault the hotel and its staff. Everyone is so polite and also down to earth. Richard in the restaurant was attentive with plenty of welcome banter. The meal we had was top notch, simply delicious. Andy the concierge was just as friendly, recommending local places of interest. The Piano Bar was a favourite... More
