checked into reception yesterday to be told we had been given a complimentary upgrade to an executive room! room was spotless and the bed was possibly the most comfortable iv ever slept in, was slightly tempted to steal the pillows this morning!
Close to many attractions. Directly across from the Crown Bar. Comfortable rooms. Loved that huge showerhead! Lots of lounging areas to meet with friends. Dinner was elegant and delicious. Helpful staff.

Great location, friendly faces, excellent check in,massive room,huge bed - good quality linen & towels and great value for money. Only gripe for 2012 is lack of free wifi - time that was sorted out. Breakfast was good too
