Really could not complain about the Hotel in General. but for me it was nothing special. The rooms were of a good standard and the staff were quite but polite. The restaurant for me was a let down. Food was nothing special. In general i would not rush back.

The hotel is centrally located and it's easy to walk to the bus station as well as to points of interest. The hotel was very clean and well appointed. The reception desk was very efficient. The concierge helped tremendously in arranging for transportation for us, for both local as well as bus transportation to Dublin. A lot of groups come... More

I recently spent the night in the Titanic Suite at the Europa Hotel and my experience far exceeded my expectations. When we arrived, we were greeted by Andrew who dealt with us at the reception. He was extremely friendly and made us feel relaxed and comfortable straight away. He then showed up to the suite as we had mentioned it... More

The Europa was well located and easy to find on our drive into Belfast. You can walk to everything downtown. Our room was surprisingly large. The Europa had the best breakfast of any of our six locations we stayed in Ireland and Northern Ireland.

We stayed in the Europa after our Graduation day, and both the service and the hotel room were phenomenal. We were upgraded to a beautiful room with, quite possibly the biggest bed I've ever seen or stayed in. Very happy with our stay, would definitely return and pay extra for the bigger room!

The hotel itself is beautiful, and the rooms are lovely. The most comfortable mattress I have ever slept on. Whilst this is a well known 4 star hotel, it is not in the least bit pretentious. The staff are friendly & nothing is a problem. Andy in particular was very helpful. Service & good we're both excellent, a great stay... More

Have used hotel a lot for business and leisure and is by far the best hotel in Belfast from Martin and his team greeting you on arrival and nothing is to much trouble through to reception with Andy and his team checking you in and on occasion having great patience with some customers. Food is excellent with Richard and team... More

I've been to Belfast on several occasions but this was my first stay at The Europa, which was the venue for a major conference organised by my company. This review is from the perspective of what it's like to stay here as a guest rather than the merits of the hotel as a conference venue. The hotel is located in... More

Visited Belfast in late May and stayed two nights at the Europa. Room was a nice size and very comfortable. Our window faced the street so we enjoyed the view of several local pubs and lots of activity on the street. Second morning there was a protester across the street that we could hear quite clearly, but since it was... More
