Stayed last night having heard about the iconic europa hotel for many years. The lobby is impressive but thats as good as it got. Bedroom on 11th floor, very warm but too noisy when window open. No air conditioning, no mini bar or bottled water in the room, no turndown service, bedroom very tired looking and very basic. Charging for... More

My husband and myself went for afternoon tea a few weeks back on a Saturday afternoon we went to reception to enquire where it would be served. We were met by a very handsome Indian man who gave us a lovely welcome smile and he escorted us to the upstairs restaurant he was very polite and helpful. The tea comprised... More

We flew into Belfast without reservations and stayed at this place very very late in the eve. Rooms were good but I spent more time across street in pub ;) good location though and staff were helpful and courteous.

I have stayed at this Hotel about 6 times this year on business and cannot fault the hotel, staff and facilities. The restaurant is excellent and offers a good choice of food and seasonal specials. Breakfast is ample and the staff make your stay welcoming. I would not choose any other hotel when staying either for business or sightseeing The... More

Nice clean and friendly, parking can be hard to get close to hotel and is paid parking too, and having to pay for Wi - fi in a 4 star hotel in this day and age is a bit much too, other than that a good experience all round.

Stayed for 2 nights in a classic double on the 10th floor. Party music continued right up until midnight, probably from one of the weddings that day so why weren't we warned beforehand, or placed in a room further from the merriment? (Only discovered on day of check out that the partying took place on the 12th floor). Acoustics of... More

I played on the same chess tournament as Pat. I did not sleep there so I cannot say anything about the rooms or the food, but I agree that the hotel has very nice conference facilities indeed. Our conference room was perfectly quiet and had a handy little terrace with a beautiful view to the surrounding streets. The staff was... More
