Three friends and I stayed at Maryville House for one night, it was brilliant. From the warm welcome on arrival until our departure next day, everything and everyone was just lovely. The house is beautiful. Room was very clean and had everything we needed. Breakfast the next morning was outstanding. Girls were very helpful, pleasant and nothing was too much... More

My family and I had the Christmas afternoon tea on Saturday afternoon. It was a lovely experience. We had a room upstairs and were the only guests in it. It was tastefully decorated for Christmas. The staff were very efficient and pleasant. The mulled wine (non alcoholic) was delicious, and then followed warm savoury tarts, a very good selection of... More

On Friday I came to Maryville house with my mum for some afternoon tea. On arrival we were met by a blonde girl named Catherine who looked after us for the duration of our time there, she was brilliant & we could not fault her service! The food was delicious and the place was relaxing and clean. If you're looking... More

We stayed in the Earl Grey room for 2 nights. The service was great- the staff were very nice & accommodating. We had a cooked breakfast one morning and croissants the next were both delicious! The tea making facilities are also wonderful, with small samples of the tray bakes that are on offer in the tea room, which were also... More

Stayed here for three nights in November 2014. This boutique bed and breakfast is situated in a prime position in a quiet street just off the busy Lisburn Road, Belfast. Accommodation is spotless and the room and the bed was very comfortable. Flat screen TV and tea making facility in room. Nothing is too much trouble for the wonderful staff... More

Stayed at Maryville House overnight whilst on business. Great room, friendly helpful staff and complimentary cake (!) as part of their overnight service. Together with a great choice for breakfast including vegetarian, really everything to like and nothing to complain about- unless you like swish ultramodern hotels- which this, to its advantage is definitely not.

Last minute booking and very accommodating with my request. Helen our server was fantastic ensuring that we had everything we needed. Was delighted with the service especially seeing how busy she was. Mentioned it was my daughters birthday treat and when we were served our tea and cake candles were lit and happy birthday was sung. A lovely touch, thank... More

Enjoyed every minute at Maryville, from the friendly staff, good food and atmosphere. Location was easy to jump a bus to and from the city. Local shops for High St clothes one minute away. Plenty of parking on the grounds if you're driving. We had long flights to get to Belfast so a comfortable bed was most welcome, slept like... More

Lovely, chilled, friendly atmosphere.. Food is great (can't go wrong) Would definitely recommend for anyone living in and visiting Belfast. Really nice flowers everywhere, edwardian style building which has been decorated in a quirky and high standard. Definitely clean and that is the most important thing. Staff friendly and willing to help. Very vintage, love it!
