Lovely, chilled, friendly atmosphere.. Food is great (can't go wrong) Would definitely recommend for anyone living in and visiting Belfast. Really nice flowers everywhere, edwardian style building which has been decorated in a quirky and high standard. Definitely clean and that is the most important thing. Staff friendly and willing to help. Very vintage, love it!

I had heard good reports about Maryville House tea rooms. Today was my first visit and it will also be my last. I met friends for a late lunch(2pm) the waitress was far from pleasant nor indeed helpful. The sandwiches we had were mediocre and had a side salad which was "flavoured" with dill and little else. I asked for... More

I have been going to Maryville tearooms regularly since it opened & recommended it to many friends, we also used the function facilities for some work events & for Christmas/birthday parties. A delightful girl Rose was in charge and I only ever hear good reports of Maryville. The last few times I have been in I noticed the staff were... More

I visited Maryville for lunch with my daughter last week, such an adorable place and our waitress was very sweet and friendly! Fast service, very clean and tasty. We shall definitely be back, special mention to Megan for showing us the beautiful tearoom upstairs for special occasions, and for making our visit so welcoming!

Called in to get lunch at 12 midday on Saturday and noted that the place was not very busy. We were shown to a table and our order taken. There was a pink notice on the table saying that as there was a special event they would need the table turned. When the pleasant young lady came with our tea... More

I have visited Maryville many times in the last two years. Today was a great experience- the staff were very attentive, the food was good and the atmosphere, buzzing. The menu is simple, yet enticing, with options such as Salade Nicoise, quiche, etc. The teas are fantastic- we tried the Spearmint and the White tea. Nice coffees also. Pretty Edwardian... More

Travelling with 3 young boys this is the first time that we veered off the the "family room at hotel with a swimming pool" road. And we were not disappointed. The boys loved their room (said it was 'the comfiest bed' ever) and the space. My wife was brought back to a bygone era with the china cups, the bathroom... More

All the tea you can drink, FREE CAKE on the landing, and lovely décor. Great friendly staff, very helpful and considerate. Willing to go out of their way to help if you're arriving or leaving at an odd time to make sure you don't miss out. Very comfortable rooms and a great range of breakfast choices, even for a vegetarian... More

Boutique hotel that also has a tea room open to the public. Rooms are very comfortable with en suites and Victorian decor. Clean with lots of fluffy towels. Apparently there is normally a full breakfast, however, as we stayed over a Bank Holiday weekend when the Hotel was technically closed, our breakfast was left for us and was basically just... More
