Were there as part of a tour. Place was dated, dirty carpet and funky smell in the common areas. Dining area was very pedestrian. The best part was the bar area. They make a pretty good Cosmo. I hear they have remodeled. Hope so. I wouldn't stay there again.

I stayed one night at the Hilton Belfast. The room was OK - typical hotel chain room. The breakfast was good with a wide selection. The staff at the reception was friendly and efficient. The location is convenient (close to the centre).

My friend insisted I stay at this hotel in Belfast and I am glad I did. The staff were all lovely - from reception to the Executive Lounge. They really made me feel welcome and valued. The room itself was large with nice and modern furnishings and a very clean bathroom. Water pressure from the shower was a bit weak... More

The hotel is ok for people that are in town for business. Rooms are Ok, breakfast and dinner adequate for our standards. We had enquired well in advance a room on a top floor with view and we ended up looking at the back yard on a lower floor. Thanks God we stayed only one night, next morning we complained... More

Ordinarily we don't stay in chain hotels while traveling in Europe, but made a very good exception in the case of the Hilton Belfast. It was extremely comfortable, the staff most helpful, in a good central location.

Got a really good deal for 2 nights bed and breakfast. We were also upgraded to the exec floors so we had free drinks and nibbles etc. The hotel is well situated and very handy for the airport. All the staff were extremely pleasant and polite. Even when we were still in the bar at 3am, Matthew and David were... More

The Room Service food not good. I Ordered a burger ... Not like any meat I have had before. Bug poured out of vinegar bottle. Hotel is ok. Carpet dirty. This was my second visit to this hotel. Location good. Car park is expensive and cannot be added to hotel bill.

This is what I have wrote to anyone I could about the "experience" my brother had today with the so called 5 star hotel.---- Absolutely disgusting with the treatment my brother got today on the phone to use today. He booked a room earlier about half 5 after paying £100 pound for the room for my mother and step father... More

I come here often for work and can rely on this hotel to provide what I need. Clean modern room, food is standard, good service, decent wifi, good location, always manage to accommodate early check in after a transatlantic flight (much appreciated), good gym. No raves, no complaints. One minor annoyance: have to ask for soap after first day and... More

Our room was large, nicely appointed, king-size bed, large spotless bathroom and free wifi. Stayed two nights. Very quiet except for occasional doors slamming by inconsiderate people. Ate one dinner in restaurant and it was delicious and plentiful. Service could have been a bit faster, but overall it was wonderful. We found the breakfast buffet to be ample---juices, eggs, meats...
