The only two things that were excellent in this hotel were the concierge service and the location. The concierge was faultless. The location is as central as possible and pleasant being on the banks of the river. The breakfast was very good, but I do not expect a buffet breakfast at a five star hotel. The computer system was down... more

This being our first time in Belfast, we weren't sure of where things were. This hotel appeared to be close to the train station so we reserved a room. It was closer than we thought - a very easy walk from the train platform to the hotel - 5 minutes or so. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The... more

Spend one night in the Hilton while I was in Belfast for the Michael McIntyre show at the Odyssey. Check-In was friendly and comfortable and I never felt out of place like you do in some 5 star hotels. We were on the first floor in room 116. While it didn't have the greatest view (facing towards The Waterfront) it... more

Was initially impressed by hotel - appearance of reception area and was happy with the refurbished 1st floor room (108) to begin with, apart from the terrible view of 'yard'! My boyfriend had booked the hotel online, weeks before as we were attending the Tom Jones concert in the Odyssey. Evening meal was fairly good - sea-bass delicious, restaurant service... more

This is definitely not a 5 Star. I would consider it a good 3 star hotel. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was excellent. Check in prompt etc. Its in a great location. To have to pay £ 18 for parking per day is ridiculous in these times. The hotel is advertised as having parking which you assume to be free which... more

Have to say this hotel suprised me, I did not think it was going to be as nice as it was. Check in was prompt and room and bathroom was very nice, modern and spacious. Nice Views from hotel rooms. Good location and walking distance to many local attractions, eg, odyssey arena, St Georges market. Breakfast was one of the... more

The hotel is smart, clean and well run - it just does what a good hotel should do and it does it very well. The breakfast, however, was exceptional - I 've not had better anywhere! The location of the hotel is good., from our room we could see Samson and Goliath, the massive cranes of the Harland and Wolff... more
