Hotel and room were very nice clean and tidy. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. There is wifi throughout the hotel but you have to pay for it which I didn't expect. Lovely stay here. My partner took me here for my birthday. The standards are so high and every detail made the stay so enjoyable. Staff very welcoming and couldn't do enough to help. Downside they don't have their own car park and parking cost £24.

Poor experienece of Hotel and physcial condition. Would not book this Hotel again, Very disappointed with staff and Hotel physcial appearance. Was in this lovely hotel last weekend. Was as a concert in Belfast and the hotel was very central. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful and we were upgraded to an executive room which was lovely. Love Belfast and would definately use the Hilton again.

A smart, comfortable and conveniently located hotel matching up with the Hilton brand. Close to Victoria shopping centre and the Central railway station. Lovely views across the city/harbour. Pity that free wireless internet is only offered in the foyer and bar.
