The most disappointing was the parking. If you travel by car you have to fork out 18 pounds per day. But that is not all: if you leave the car park in the evening you have pay the 18 pounds for 10-12h of staying and when you return you’ll have to pay an extra 18 pounds until next morning. This... more

The Hilton Belfast staff, save 2 or 3 in room service and in the Executive Room, were just appalling. Even when we requested small changes to our rooms (pillow changes due to allergies) they needed few more calls to remind them. Even after we received them, they took them away after one night. They also lost our reservation for the... more

When we checked in we were welcomed by friendly efficient staff who could not do enough for us.we had a beautiful newly refurbished room and use of the executive lounge. We then had a lovely meal in sonoma resaurant and again the staff were extremly accommodating and friendly. the food was also fantastic-steaks were cooked to perfection. My fiance and... more

The Hilton in Belfast was dreadful. It only gets a one out of 5 because designer of this websit evidently feels zero is not a valid rating and wouldn't let me leave it blank. The Hotel advertises itself as being a riverside destination, but omits to point out that it is also nestled between a building site, a derelict site... more

Nice clean, well maintained & central hotel although rooms with views to the rear of the hotel have very poor views. Rooms are a reasonable size & fairly modern. Breakfast very good. Car parking £18.00 per night (reduced rate through the Hilton) which is fairly expensive but then parking anywhere in Belfast is fairly expensive! more

This hotel is way over priced!!!! I would rate this hotel as a 3 star. We stayed in the Executive rooms. The rooms were fine, clean, large bed, but definitely not luxurious 5 star standard. Location is good and the breakfast was above standard with a great selection of fresh fruits etc. Concierge Charlie was very knowledgeable and friendly. Add... more

Great hotel overlooking the river. Rooms are very comfortable with all the facilities you would need. Great location for the Waterfront or shopping in central Belfast. Only downside was music being played in the resident's bar and expensive internet connection and expensive parking. Over all a great hotel available at a very good price. Was here on a Saturday for... more

My wife and I spent 3 nights at the Hilton Belfast. First class accomodation, very friendly and helpful staff and the food was fantastic. The dining staff made us feel relaxed and were very down to earth, along with providing a very high level of services. the hotel is 5 minutes from downtown and about a 10 pound drive from... more
