We went here in July. This hotel was very near the town centre, the rooms were very clean and bright. We didn't hear a thing in our room, a good thing with a seven year old boy. We will be booking this hotel again.

Stayed here for a short mini break. Hotel is in a good location and walkable distance to city centre. Take note the hotel is on the periphery of a rougher area of town where a few resident locals drink and some homelessness but wouldn't be put off, just be aware. Two restaurants we tried were pretty decent, Folklore apposite the... More

We stayed in June as we toured Northern Ireland. Great! The location was excellent. The staff efficient. The room worked well for our needs. There are limited 'frills' but that was ok. We would recommend the Ibis because of its location and overall value for money.

From the warm welcome to the excellently maintained rooms - I cannot fault this Ibis. I have stayed at a number of Ibis hotels this year and this one really impressed. The rooms were impeccably serviced each day. With real attention to detail. Breakfast was great and the local perfect for the city centre - I really would recommend staying... More

clean rooms, friendly staff, good breakfast and a good nights sleep. Impressed with this hotel as it very central and so great value for money. Stayed over on a business trip and was impressed. Went to dinner at the Washington, not far away and had an amazing dinner. downside is you need to park in the multi story nearby but... More

Our plans fell through so we booked this room very short notice. Easily located the parking garage and checked in. Clean room, bathroom and more spacious than expected. The staff was super friendly, especially when the wifi didn't work. They made the experience even better going above and beyond for us. Even with just one night, we would definitely stay... More

Well, when we booked the room, we didn't expect that our room would be this spacious, and it's clean. Moreover, the receptionists were friendly and allowed us to check in even though it's not our time yet. The downside was that it's hard to open the door that lead to the lift to get into our rooms. We have to... More

This was a pure nostalgia trip, I wanted to show my wife the city I patrolled back in the troubles some 40 years ago. The hotel is unfortunate in that it is in Castle street which is a little run down, however, where it really scores is that every place of interest and all the shopping centres are within easy walking...
