The night manager martin is a complete lunatic. The way he speaks about females is disgusting. I didnt no where to look never mind what to say. Should not be left in charge of a petting zoo never mind a hotel.

Stayed here for a second time this year, No need to even look elsewhere as this hotel provides everything you need. The staff are very welcoming and will help you with anything you ask them. Excellent value for money, and the breakfast is amazing value at £8, and available while 12 o'clock. Great location and a very clean, tidy and... More

Stayed here in June, Reception staff very attentive and welcoming, they even had the sense to let us bypass a large tour that had been checking in at the same time as us, so in that regard a very speedy checkin. Rooms were clean and modern, couldn't fault it great budget hotel for a great price.

A very modern rooms with all the basics. Has TV & air-conditioning. Very friendly & helpful staff. We were lucky not to need car parking cause we found a spot right out the front. Breakfast was nice & enjoyable. Close to city for us. Wifi worked well.

Perfect hotel for short stay with group of girl friends - close to shops, cafes, bars, nightlife. No frills, clean rooms and connecting rooms available if required! Car park next door with very cheap parking £6 per day. Brilliant choice for location and excellent value for money. Lovely, helpful staff at reception too.

We went here in July. This hotel was very near the town centre, the rooms were very clean and bright. We didn't hear a thing in our room, a good thing with a seven year old boy. We will be booking this hotel again.

Stayed here for a short mini break. Hotel is in a good location and walkable distance to city centre. Take note the hotel is on the periphery of a rougher area of town where a few resident locals drink and some homelessness but wouldn't be put off, just be aware. Two restaurants we tried were pretty decent, Folklore apposite the... More

We stayed in June as we toured Northern Ireland. Great! The location was excellent. The staff efficient. The room worked well for our needs. There are limited 'frills' but that was ok. We would recommend the Ibis because of its location and overall value for money.

From the warm welcome to the excellently maintained rooms - I cannot fault this Ibis. I have stayed at a number of Ibis hotels this year and this one really impressed. The rooms were impeccably serviced each day. With real attention to detail. Breakfast was great and the local perfect for the city centre - I really would recommend staying... More
