We wanted to stay in Belfast for a few nights as a base to tour Northern Ireland and wanted a hotel with convenient car parking. The Ibis is well positioned with a few minutes walk away from most of the city bars, restaurants and shops. The public car park is immediately opposite and parking is free during the week and... I wasn't sure what to expect when I booked this hotel for a conference, all my hopes were met and my concerns were reassured. The hotel is quiet, with comfy beds, cotton linen, good sized bathroom and spotlessly clean. Breakfast each morning ranged from fresh fruit, toast, muffins/other fresh bakes and to a cooked full English if you wanted it.... More

The inside of this hotel was great but the outside was a little run down. I was traveling alone and this hotel was not in a location that I would be comfortable being by myself late at night. The breakfast was very good though.

We were on an early flight into Belfast and arrived at Castle Street Ibis at 9.30, expecting to be told that we were too early to check in. Nope, our room was ready and we were given the choice of floors. We took top floor and we're not disappointed. Clean and comfortable! We were in town by 10am! The room... More

Wow this is the first t5ime I have stayed at an IBIS an will be my last time. I am a platinum accor member and thought I would give it a go because of location but the following was my experience. They didn't recognise the accor platinum card, they didn't clean our room after the first day. after 5pm we... More

The room was typical Ibis, while budget the beds, bathroom and general tidiness were all fine. No issues there. The car park, while across the road was free Mon - Thurs so cost us nothing for our two night stay. The location of this Ibis is close to city centre but at the same time it is a little dodgy... Stayed in this hotel for a week. Room was very clean if a little on the sparse side. That went with design of hotel- wooden floor and pod like bathroom. Staff always helpful. Choose for location which was central. Parking was free in structure across the road for MON-Thur. Reduced rate for other nights. Internet free + available in room.... More

Everything I needed really. The room was spotlessly clean, the bed comfortable, nice bathroom (modern pod type arrangement). Friendly and helpful staff. Convenient location in an area that, as a single female traveller, I was happy to wander around. Continental breakfast was fine but if you are looking for cooked food you would be better off visiting one of the... More
