The signal receptor within the building is very weak. I hardly got a phone signal here. I asked for a wifi voucher from the receptionist but they said they run out of voucher??? Hotel location and other services are perfect though. Near to shops, restaurants, and bars.

I've been staying at this hotel from Monday to Friday this past nine weeks while on business in Belfast. Each week is just as good - or better! As a regular the staff really look after me: I'm checked-in and checked-out very efficiently, if I need anything - like an iron and ironing board! - it's done in minutes. And... More

We had a very enjoyable stay. Nice clean hotel and food was good. Staff were very helpful and courteous. The hotel is in an ideal place for accessing all shops and amenities. We would certainly book there again.

The hotel is located in the center of town, it is very clean, the room was functional, clean and with everything we needed handy. The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially Janice and Clare! I will certainly highly recommend this hotel!

We couldn't have picked a better hotel for our first time visit to Belfast. From the moment we arrived to the time we left, the staff were amazing - so friendly and extremely helpful. Our room had everything in it that we needed - especially a comfy bed and the best shower. It's location is only a short walk into... More

The good thing about an Ibis Hotel is that you always know exactly what you are getting. We have stayed in Ibis properties in several countries and have never been disappointed. Ditto the Ibis Belfast on Castle Street. I want to give a big public THANK YOU to one staff member, Alanna (Alaynna?). I am probably spelling her name wrong... More

Had great night service after I came in from a night out. In relation to the night staff Martin, he couldn't of been more friendly and helpful to us. He wasn't in the slightest rude or ignorant to us and we talked to him for at least an hour. Lovely staff and great stay
