Our room was lovely & a very good size, very clean & bed cosy & comfy. We checked in mid afternoon as I was sick & desperately needing to sleep but downstairs on a Tuesday afternoon, there are piano lesson so no chance of any sleep. Atleast the students had some talent! Did enjoy an excellent nights sleep. As we... More

Certainly not a cheap stay with advertising of freshly made ingredients for breakfast but the bread etc was bought from the local shops and the proprietor was seen for all of half an hour throughout the two days we stayed there! No milk or teaspoon was ever put on the tea and coffee station that was on the top of... More

Two families (one with a young child and the other with teenage children) stayed here and this property was absolutely ideal for us. The house is spacious and was clean and tidy and there were enough bedrooms for us all to be comfortable and have our own space. I liked the fact that there wasn't a TV in the lounge... More

We were delighted to find somewhere that wasn't just a Travelodge or similar, that would accomodate us and our two dogs. The room we had was comfortably appointed, although the bed was small, it was comfortable enough. Breakfast was a nice contenental selection, mostly homemade, but send advance notice if you have any food issues, as unfortunately, despite all efforts to... More

My wife and I stayed one night at Sleepy Cedars; Aiofe contacted us well in advance of our trip that she wouldn't be home until later the night we arrived and gave us detailed instructions on how to let ourselves in, which was very much appreciated! The was free parking on the street and we walked downtown (a brisk walk,... More

This is not five star accommodation. However, it is comfortable, comfortably close to the city and clean rooms. The breakfast is fairly basic, but adequate, and the hosts are very helpful in advising what to do in Belfast. In fact, they booked a black cab tour for us. Any visitor to Belfast should go on this tour.

We only stayed for one night but would definitely recommend Sleepy Cedars. I had booked the smaller room that was not ensuite but they had a cancellation and we were upgraded to a spacious ensuite room at no additional charge. Everything was very clean and comfortable. Aiofe was great to chat with and made us a delicious breakfast in the... More

We booked 'Sleepy Cedar' basis the feedback and rating on Trip Advisor, for one night stay in July 2014. Booked it more than a month in advance. However we got a call from the owner in the last week (week of our travel and stay) that due to some repair work in the B&B they are accommodating us in another... More

Quaint, clean, delicious breakfast. Stayed for 3 nights, Aoife was wonderful. She made us homemade breakfast every morning and helped secure our plans. We had a very late night arrival and there were no issues, we found the key, let ourselves in, found our room all was well. There is no sign but the address is clearly visible and there... More
