We booked 'Sleepy Cedar' basis the feedback and rating on Trip Advisor, for one night stay in July 2014. Booked it more than a month in advance. However we got a call from the owner in the last week (week of our travel and stay) that due to some repair work in the B&B they are accommodating us in another... More

Quaint, clean, delicious breakfast. Stayed for 3 nights, Aoife was wonderful. She made us homemade breakfast every morning and helped secure our plans. We had a very late night arrival and there were no issues, we found the key, let ourselves in, found our room all was well. There is no sign but the address is clearly visible and there... More

We visited Belfast for a weekend as we were coming to dog shows. It was 4 of us with 4 dogs and we decided to stay in the B&B, as it seemed the best of all the places we looked at. We had a bit of a problem with finding the place, as no sign on the front and even... More

We were welcomed by Aoife with great hospitality and the B and B was very quirky and in a lovely location. I wish I had taken my running shoes as the Belfast Parkrun happens just across the road in the Old Water Works. A short and enjoyable (10/15 mins) walk in to Belfast from the B and B and also... Welcomed by the wonderful hostess Aoife to sleep cedars. Situated about 2km from the city centre and serviced by many buses this B & B is great. Comfortable beds, renovated bathrooms and fabulous breakfasts. Good value bed and breakfast

Breakfast was the highlight at Sleepy Cedars, so nice to be served homemade yoghurt and bread, proper french press coffee, fruit salad and sweet potato pancakes rather than the ubiquitous full English. A short cab or bus ride into the centre of town but also walkable if you have time.... We would have stayed somewhere more central as only in... More

Very friendly and helpful with a wonderful breakfast. Described as continental it included a lot with homemade yoghurt chutney and jam. Very good use of space and close to Belfast and to the Castle. Rooms are small but great value for money.

Looked forward to this weekend break for ages and couldn't book anywhere else because everywhere booked out so close to Christmas. So we booked this room with shared bathroom facilities. Couldn't have swung a cat in the room so got a taxi into the town to go shopping. Came back to get ready for night out, room freezing and no... More
