We stayed in the hotel for a 1 night stay, with dinner and breakfast. The staff were very welcome and accommodating from the moment we walked in, couldn't fault them at all. “Lovely Hotel”

Stayed overnight at weekend. Rooms were lovely and clean. Food in the restaurant was delicious and service was very good. Check in and Check out was fast and efficient. Enjoyed my stay and would recommend the hotel.

Quite expensive hotel. Very good location for centre of town and in fashionable cathedral quarter. Really clean room but small bathroom. Free wifi in downstairs bar was very slow and cable Internet connection is £5.95 per day Also loud music party on Friday night.

A 3* hotel charging 5* prices. Tethered wifi connection to the TV is so 90's. £100 for a room that didn't include breakfast, I don't think so. On the plus side the food was very good.

went to ramada on a caledonian bus tour from hamilton we caught the ferry at port ryan 1130 arrtved belfast 1330 it only took 10 min to hotel we were welcomed at reception by staff and given our room we found all the staff very friendly
