Got a room here VERY last minute, on lastminute.com. Was £50 for the night which I thought was really reasonable for the location and facilities the hotel has to offer. Modern clean hotel with a lovely bar/restaurant, food very good and staff helpful and friendly. Good location especially as it is tucked down a quiet street and so we had no street noise in our room. Clean, reasonably cheap rooms, colorful, ample bathrooms, extremely friendly staff (we were unaware of the "No food on Sunday evening policy" adopted throughout Belfast, and they order a take-away pizza for us, lying a table in their bar!). We stayed in two rooms at the Park Inn in August. The hotel is new and modern. The bedrooms are a good size with modern amenities and very nice bathrooms. The rooms are bright and colorful. One night stay here on way home so we were nearer to the ferry terminal at Larne. Perfectly situated for shopping and sightseeing.
