Had a lovely long weekend at this hotel. Staff were extremely helpful. Room was clean and comfortable, but maybe could do with a fresh coat of paint. Breakfast was very good. Meals in the resturant were not, however, when we pointed out the problems to the staff it was dealt with immediately and we received a refund. Really good location... More

Great location - walking distance from train station, close to shops and walking distance to Titanic quarter. Lovely bar and restaurant. Clean rooms but beds a little uncomfortable. friendly staff :-) Will stay again :-)

brilliant hotel, great location in trendy area of Belfast, lots resturants and bars. rooms all spacious and clean. no noise from outside, very quiet. great value breakfast , and unlimited tea and coffee in rooms.

Good all round,they let us check in earlier, gave us a bigger family room, helpful staff, quiet hotel, comfortable bed, clean, good bar facilities...booked in advance and got a very very good rate... Spot on

Lovely staff, great size room, just a really uncomfortable bed. Unfortunately during the night, I wasn't able to get hold of staff to request a different room. I assume that all beds the are the same though.

Hotel is conveniently located in downtown Belfast very close to shops, restaurants, cafés, pubs, and also close to Titanic quarter ( 20 min walk ). Great hotel, got a cheap deal so great value for money. The staff were excellent, going the extra mile to help us out and make our stay lovely. Well furnished clean rooms, modern and plush. Very happy, would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Great experience good nights sleep comfortable bed, exceptional cleanliness, reasonable cost for city centre hotel.we arrived in Belfast for a family celebration. The only difficulty was no on site parking and as a disabled couple found this a little hassle if you are lucky enough to get into on street parking and display your blue badge parking is free.
