We had the corner room on the 3rd floor, it was massive! I was well impressed! Great location, friendly staff and overall an excellent hotel! The hotel was extremely busy when we stayed, did not stop the staff being as pleasant as ever!

This hotel is in a great location, near shops, shopping, restaurants, and tourist attractions. The staff was very helpful. I stayed here 5 nights while my husband was in both the Mater Hospital and the Belfast City Hospital. This hotel was located conveniently between the two and had quick taxi service to both places. I was also able to walk... More

This hotel is in a very central location and everything, shops, pubs etc. are right on the doorstep. The staff are excellent and nothing is too much trouble. Rooms are large and beds are really comfy. Breakfast and evening meal were very good. Fabulous break and great value for money

Very comfortable hotel, yes it is generic & basic but they are right in what the say about a great nights sleep guaranteed! Rooms are very nice, room to store your clothes, good shower & very friendly staff. Very good value for money for a clean & comfortable hotel in the centre of Belfast.

Fantastic location for a long weekend in Belfast. The City Centre is just up the road in one direction, the Titanic quarter in the other. The staff were very friendly, an early arrival was no problem and luggage was stored for us safely until we could check in.

Love the premier inn hotels. Always clean. Good menu. Nice bar and great staff. The beds are always comfortable. I would recommend this hotel as it in a great location in Belfast if you are enjoying a weekend with your other half or a group of friends. Lots of pubs in walking distance and the staff are always happy to... More

Usual comfortable Premier Inn bed. Room cleaned and serviced to high standard daily. This particular hotel in an excellent location, close to interesting bars and restaurants and on the edge of the main shopping area. Didn't purchase the Premier Inn's breakfast on this occasion so can't comment ( there are lots of cafés close to hotel serving very good value... More

Over the last two years I have stayed at this premier inn on several occasions whilst working in the city.It is excellently positioned for shops, pubs, restaurants and just about everything you could need.Rooms are big enough and clean, one area for concern is the noise on a weekend if you are in a room at the front of the hotel. The staff are... We booked this hotel for our girls weekend away. It's in a fantastic location for the shopping, bars and restaurants, certainly plenty to choose from. Rooms were a good size and beds very comfortable. Cleanliness was good throughout the hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful. Only thing I would say is that the windows looking out on to Donegall St... More
