Very nice place in the middle of the main strip of restaurants and waterfront area in Mumbles. Both mumbles and the entire Gower Peninsula were amazing, cliffs, hiking trails, beaches (as much as there can be beaches in England). Only a 10 minute drive from Swansea, which you can get to by train from London in 3 hrs. The staff... more

We stayed in one of Patricks new rooms in the old boat house. It was a short walk from the restaurant, which was OK as we had nice weather but in bad weather it might have been more of an irritation . The room was huge with a vast bathroom, flat screen TV and DVD player. The views were beautiful.... more

We stayed for one night in room 8 at the top of Patrick’s with rooms. The room was quite large with a good selection of Ikea furniture and fittings. The bed was good and the bathroom was also large that would have benefited from a separate shower and better lighting. Everything has been done on a budget that unfortunately isn’t... more

delightful rooms over good (but pricey) restauarant. Family owned and it shows; welcome contrast to the bland style of most hotels these days. Highly recommended more
