The people are welcoming and helpful that work there, the price is amazing for what you get and the room was really nice, the attic was a really nice touch and nice to chill in. Really impressed with everything and definitely will be staying again

Stayed here for 3 nights visiting family, mum and dad had a double room and I had single room which was every small same with the double. The shower in the single room was tiny no room to swing at.cat in. No bin in toilet. Needs an update. Breakfast was nice but not much.choice.

Stayed here in a variety of rooms on business trips over the course of 12 weeks. Great value, clean spaces, very comfortable, slightly patchy WiFi. The self-catered rooms, car park and location are the selling points.

After seeing someone's review on here saying that the keys that were handed out opened every single other room in the building, I came to the guest house and asked the owner, to which he showed me with his keys that each key you are given will only open YOUR room door, and the front door of the actual building... After a few mishaps getting my hotel booked on Expedia I was reallocated to this hotel and I must say I am extremely pleased I was. The hotel is exactly what you would expect from a small hotel in Swansea. The room was lovely, a nice comfortable living space, and I was sad not to be staying here longer. The... More

We booked a double self-catering apartment here to stay overnight while we helped our son with his end of year clean on his university let. We didn't require breakfast as we were meeting up with him. The apartment was very clean and although adequate in most respects was let down by the 'double' bed being only 4ft wide and up... More

Room was smallish but fine for a single person. Breakfast was good. However, big problem with noise early mornings (from 7am at least) from staff outside the kitchen and cleaners with very loud voices

It's cheap, good location, off road parking, I was in room 3 which was very small but kept very clean & it was comfortable, the only concern with the place is every key for the hotel is the same key! All it takes is a dodgy customer & they'll have your stuff away! That's bad security really.

Friendly family proprietors who don't make a fuss. It's basic, but has all you need if you are not going to be in your room all the time. We use it when we visit our daughter at the university and it has all we need; decent cooked breakfast, clean room and reasonably comfortable bed, and it is not expensive. Yes,... More
