Good value for money stay. Room was clean, as was the bedding, staff friendly. Unlike some reviews, my room faced the rear, and so was quiet at night. Everything worked, the only downside was some black mould around the bath.

stayed here for three nights for my partners birthday at the end of april. We stayed fri-mon, so we expected the hotel to be filled with party-goes, and we wern't wrong at all! This didn't bother us a bit, as we were planning on a weekend of antics, but i can understand the bad reviews from the older couples and... More

we stayed two nights had to change room three times. first room window wouldn't shut letting in excessive noise from nights clubs. second room window swinging in the breeze because latch was broken. all mattresses in all three rooms felt like you were having to sleep on cobbles, we were woken many times during the night by drunk people shouting... My partner and I stayed here for a night last month we were quite disappointed as the bed sheets were dirty and the room was VERY basic. If your budget can stretch got for a better hotel.

Basically it does the job. Clean rooms with usual expected amenities, polite staff, congenial bar area. Main drawback as a traveller is the lack of private parking. Nearby there is an expensive car park or a cheaper one further away which includes a 15% discount to guests. Neither car park feels particularly safe. WiFi is available but carries a tariff.... More

Close to shops and bus station, but a 15 min walk from railway station. Not as sparkly clean as others i've stayed in but passable. You can get to many places from the bus station (the people in the info booth there were very helpful). Only downside is St Marys church very close by which makes noises on the 15,30... More

Stayed in Swansea for a weekend for a friends birthday so needed a hotel close to the local attractions and bar/restaurant area. This hotel is in a ideal location. It is next door to the casino and a 2 minute walk from the main bar and nightlife streets of Swansea. Rooms are standard of a Travelodge with everything you need.... More

Stayed here on a Saturday night on a Hen night. The Hotel is basic but clean. I can't understand all the awful reviews...what do people expect for £15 a night? You have to be realistic!!! If you want luxury then go somewhere else and pay twice the price. The location is really good for a night out. The room was... More
