...we read some of the bad reviews and we were a little concerned... however the place lived up to expectations it's lovely to do some great walks from the doorstep...despite the rain! We checked out the bed and there were some dog hairs.... but lets face it pet hairs get everywhere and the rest was squeaky clean..... Great room, great... more

This place is an absolute treat - the location is stunning, and the horses are happy. Olive who runs the centre appears in several guises and really does work magic here. Hats off to the highly skilled Amy who led the rides and took charge of a very mixed group of riders from total novice to highly experienced. Beautiful (slightly... more

We couldn't believe our luck when we found availability at this B&B. The website painted a wonderful picture and we couldn't wait to spend five days of our summer holiday there. They could even accommodate special diets, including my own gluten-free diet. The drive up to the B&B was lovely. A long sweeping driveway with woodland either side. On entering... more

Surprisingly during our 3 night stay I was able to recognise many other reviewers' comments including no hot water (on one morning); a substantial if disappointing breakfast kept warm for too long before serving; and a sprinkler dripping water onto the wardrobe containing our clothes. I would not recommend an evening meal - we tried it once but, like breakfast,... more

Spent 4 nights at Parc-Le-Breos and already want to book again!! The best B&B I have stayed in for a long, long time. The rooms are beautifully decorated and they have the comfiest beds ever. We had a power shower which was great and better than my shower at home. We had a fantastic view of the surrounding farmland from... more

There is only one reason I don't want to recommend this delightful Guest House and that is I would hate it to get too popular before I visit again. The Guest House is a large old building which has mostly been carefully restored, with log fires, high ceilings and a feeling of walking into a Victorian manor house. The staff... more

I agree with Dirty Weekend Mark 1. Only stay here if you don't mind pubic hairs in your bed (other people's that is), dirty toilet seat (on arrival that is) and nylon sheets. The owners are very pleasant and the location is lovely. Doesn't make up for the grime however. more

We stayed four nights while visiting our daughter who is a student at the Swansea University. Our stay was simply wonderful, with very warm and helpful hosts. Olive Edwards was always for any questions and very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. The food was lovely, lots of choice for the breakfast, we also had an evening meal on one... more

Defiantly a place to which we will return. The house is as massive rambling old place with lots of space both in doors and out for the children to play and for the adults to relax. It has a lot of interesting history which you could read about in the small library in the lounge where there were also lots... more
