Fantastic peaceful site, brilliant position overlooking bay. Wonderful shower blocks, spotlessly clean & hot showers. Lots of great walks directly from site, along beach, coastal path, through woods & over hills, loads of variety. Owners are helpful & friendly. Cafe & small shop on site. Useful bus stop outside. Couldn't ask for a better place to relax with the long,... More

Stayed here during the Easter Bank holiday for a sea cliff climbing holiday. The staff are very accommodating and helped us settle in promptly despite arriving a bit late. The new bathroom/kitchen block is marvellous - modern, warm and kept clean regularly. The onsite cafe/ice cream shop was a real finishing plus! The only niggle we hard was at the... More

Great stay, friendly staff, spotless facilities. This is exactly what camping should be like. The rope swing in the woods, fantastic walks in the woods and a spectacular beach. Oh the shop and ice cream were great as well.

Brilliant views of the bay. Field is on a bit of a slope but there are flat sections if you look carefully. Staff are friendly and booking is easy. Campsite is dog friendly. New shower facilities are really impressive.

Being a few minutes from the beach, the Wales Coastal Path and the Gower Way, Nicholaston is perfect. The dunes have to be navigated to and from the beach but it's well worth it. We walked from the site to Three Cliffs Bay, Oxwich and, via the Gower Way, to Reynoldston (lunch at King Arthur Hotel - well worth doing).... More

My wife and i stayed here for 1 night, with our dog, we didn't book, and arrived on a Saturday afternoon - which normally means campsites in the Gower are full! They had plenty of pitches available and a farm shop which sold ice creams, hot and cold food and drinks and a small selection of other essentials. Staff were... More

We loved this place! Super friendly staff, modern and clean shower/toilet blocks, great cafe on site and some of the finest beaches in Wales just a stone's throw away. The one drawback is that a good proportion of the site is on a slope, so get there early to try and secure a more level pitch. Also, although there's a... More

There's 3 fields to choose from. We chose the 'yellow field'. We sacrificed our sea views for what in essence is a flatter field next to the lovely oxwich woods which is a little farther away from the facilities but that's how we like to do things. No electric hook ups in this field which makes it feel (in our... More

Idyillic location. Outstanding beach. The best beach we have seen.some daytime traffic noise but quiet at night.well maintained shower block but in high season there are queues throughout the day. Disappointed in the other campers who helped themselves to items left outside. Cafe very nice with great food and essentials for sale.very clean and very nice friendly staff. Sloping field... More

Great camp site! Positives: Good, clean facilities. Stunning views and friendly staff. Great access to the best bit of Oxwich Bay Beach (though it is a undulating walk over sandy ground). Negatives: Many pitches on sloping ground. Some road noise.
