If your tired I don't recommend staying here. The rooms have door closures that are really noisy and rattle when other doors open and close. The room was clean, breakfast good but more attention to detail is required. more

This was the second time I've stayed at the Grand and again I thouroughly enjoyed my stay. I splashed out on an executive room which was large, well furnished, and had a huge balcony giving panaramoic views of Swansea. Modern hotel and the rooms were clean. Hotel is 4 stars but I find it disappointing for a 4 star hotel. I think it is a 3 star hotel and then my expectations would have been better.
