We only ate here rather than stayed - but were VERY disapointed. Service was particularly bad........! Food was adequate but not 5 star - depsite severla problems were were not offered any apology adn depsite inedible desserts for three of our party no coffees or anything were offered. I paid for my parents to spend a night and to have a evening meal at this hotel because I thought it was a 5 star hotel, how wrong I was. Got to front desk nobody showed us to our rooms, had to carry our own cases. Rooms wr clean and nice but nothing special considering the price I paid.... more
