I'd live here permanently if I were able to.We were upgraded to Benjamin Boyd room,1st floor with a grand staircase,but there is a lift if you don't need the exercise. Stayed in this hotel for a weekend getaway. Top class hotel, easily best in Swansea, probably South Wales. I tried booking online, however the system was not working so I contacted them by phone and it was booked without any problems.
