From the moment we entered the front door our host Keith, made us feel right at home. He was friendly, courteous and anticipated all our needs Of all the bed and breakfasts I stayed in he made me feel the most welcome. The room had a great front window seat. I've stayed in several guesthouses in the Uplands, and have stayed at the Grosvenor a couple of times now...the Grosvenor is definitely one of the best.
