We have a camper and head off somewhere most weekends. This bank holiday we decided to take the kids too. My partner had been down to Port Eynon on his own a few weekends ago – not sure how he managed to get in as he wasn’t a ‘family’ and the rules clearly state that it’s families only! - Anyway…... This is a lovely positioned site with beautiful views over the sea and beach, short walk to local pub and shops, really nice location. We have visited this site a few times over the past few years but this weekend will be our last here. The chap who runs the site seems to suffer from small man syndrome and is... More

Fantastic camp site, clean, tidy, well looked after. No messing about. Family orientated. If you don't fit the profile you won't be well liked here. There speciality is treat you all the same. If you complain your a pain in the butt lol. BUT I have never had any issues. Goody too shoes me. Lol. If there are any issues... More

I really can't understand the poor reviews for this campsite. We purchased our Vango airbeam tent in June and have visited this site half a dozen times since. The staff have been extremely polite and friendly, especially John and Jan (I hope I got their names right), the owner also, who seems a really nice chap, never too much trouble... More

Just came back from a 2 night stay which cost £72!! Alot more expensive than last year. The guy on the gate was extremely rude and i really didnt want to give him my money but love the area of the site directly on the beach. All the rules are rediculous and the toilets were stinking!! No locks on the... More

Arrived here the weekend with a dead battery for the caravan - no help with the fella deiving around on the Quad Bike. We managed as we had no young children so it was not a problem. Site id not have specific pitches just park where you can. It was like a free for all in the middle of everybody... More

Hi, I’m writing this review to hopefully iron out a few differences of opinion about the campsite, and a review people find useful. 1. Location – Fantastic, 5 Star, incredible. Name your cliché. The site is placed literally at the end of the road in Port Eynon. You have about 200m to walk to get to the sea, and that’s... More

Having visited a few times before and being aware of the 'Rules' we decided to have a short break by the sea. Our experience has left us speechless! Although the gate has a barrier, and the gestapo manage it, there is absolutely NO security on this site, especially at night. Several footpaths are open on and through the site, letting... More

We went to this site last year, and for location it can't be beat. The toilets were ok and the shop was adequit. I remember the staff were rude and drove round on their quads like some kind of boot camp sargeant, but we thought we'd put that aside and try again as it is in such a nice spot.... More
