My wife and I went for dinner in this rather remote Welch country side hotel. And what a great surprise. Smiling and welcoming staff, excellent food and very cosy interiors. Isn't it great to be so positively surprised when you were not really expecting it. Highly recommended.

Four of us, two couples, were looking for somewhere special to spend a night away from our busy B&B establishments and eat well. We found Fairyhill in Welsh Rarebits and as Gower is only a ninety minute drive away decided to give it a go. We are so pleased that we did. The welcoming reception made us feel at home... More

We had a weekend planned at this hotel recommended by friends. it is indeed a very special place, surrounded by beautiful gardens, our room overlooked the gardens, and the weather that weekend was perfect. The food was excellent, a joy to eat and the staff were friendly and attentive. We will certainly be going back to enjoy the beauty of... More

Lovely surroundings. Let me take my dog and the dood was to die for. Surrounding area was spectacular and the staff were lovely. Room was huge and beautifully decorated with greta facilities for wi-fi, coffee etc. What more can you say. Good value as well.

This is truly one of my favourite places. I've stayed as a guest and visited twice as a diner. Today was my wedding anniversary and it was perfect. The food is delicious and the setting is sublime. I always seem to turn up sunburnt and windswept and sandy but nobody bats an eyelid, they just welcome you and feed you... More

Fairyhill on the Gower Peninsular is a first class hotel where you are made to feel very special indeed. The delightful setting, the character steeped surroundings yet with an informal relaxed ambience, friendly attentive service and superb dining, distinguish Fairyhill from so many hotels that promise so much but deliver so little - Fairyhill delivers in spades. Try it you... More

Fairyhill is a warm and welcoming hotel, approached down a narrow lane but surrounded by lovely gardens. A haven of peace and quiet. The staff are attentive but discreet and informal. Our evening meal was excellent. The food was beautifully cooked and the presentation superb. The suggested wines to accompany the meal were reasonably priced and at the cheaper end... More

We have just returned from the most wonderful 4 night stay at Fairyhill, our first but most certainly not our last. It really can't be faulted. The setting is exquisite, the house/gardens/restaurant are absolutely first class. We would struggle to highlight anything as it as all so wonderful, but the owners and staff are unusually attentive and friendly. It's not... More

From the time we arrived, discrete service was never more than a whisper away. The room was comfortable with a good view of the grounds. The grounds provided an ideal after-dinner stroll. And the dinner was the highlight of our stay. Except, that is, for breakfast. Set in Reynaldston, the whole of the Gower peninsula is on your doorstep. I... More

We chose Fairy Hill for our wedding because we had a special dinner there a while ago and we knew it would be the perfect venue. And it was. The hotel is quietly confident of its superiority and always welcoming. Set in the heart of the beautiful Gower peninsula, it has delightful grounds with a trout stream and walled kitchen... More
