There was a good offer on this hotel website. We wanted to spend our anniv in swansea and explore the south-welsh coast. This hotel is really spic and span.. located very close to the motorway M4 and is also very close to the city centre. more

This hotel tucked away from the centre of Swansea provided a very good base for our rugby tour this year. The staff were very good and provided a very solid service. The gym / spa area was a little dirty and small. The food was good but not impressive. Best of all the hotel offered excellent value for money. more

Stayed here for two nights on an organized trip. If you're looking for a hotel in the city centre, then you would have to look elsewhere, as all the other reviewers have mentioned, it's too far out of town. Anyway, if that's not an issue, then in my opinion, this hotel is great value for money. Rooms were of a... more

I stayed here 2 nights. It is in an Industrial part of town too far from the center of Swansea in my opinion. Taxis are very expensive. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. more

We stayed at this hotel because we had our wedding at a Ramada hotel and got a free weekend break to use in any of their hotels. The hotel is ok - rooms, bar and restaurant all fine, nothing outstanding but to say it was all free for us we were happy! there is a nice garden area and if... more

This is a very old hotel. The service is poor, with rude receptionists with an attitude problem. I would have overlooked that if that was the only issue. But it isn't. The rooms are very, very dated. A 70's feel. Old carpets, smallish rooms. Not very nice at all. Location is dreadful, even if you have a car, as I... more

Second visit to hotel with teenage son. Not the most inspiring of locations but clean, comfortable rooms and typical of chain. Good value as leisure break package included first night's dinner and two breakfasts. Meant effectively that room worked out at £20.00 per night after taking this into account. Buffet breakfasts kept us going all day and meal on first... more

Stayed at the hotel for one night on business. It is in the middle of Swansea Enterprise Park but this just consists of offices. There are no dining options in the area but luckily, room service and prices at the bar are not excessive. Rooms are of a good size but dont have air conditoning. Imagine this would be a... more

Have just returned from a 5-night stay with my wife at the Ramada-Jarvis, using it as base to visit family in the area. This was our first visit to the hotel, attracted by a competitive price and the good impression created by stays at other hotels in the chain. The recently refurbished room was spacious, quiet, attractively furnished, and spotlessly... more
