Very nice evening meal. You get a £22 allowance each for the evening meal. Breakfast was nice but not as good as Holiday Inn. No cheese which I like. Help yourself on the Sunday which we prefer. Clean room, nice staff but a bit out of Swansea. More

Everything you could ask for. Clean and tidy room, a little too warm but a quick investigation and we found a fan in the wardrobe - problem solved and a nice touch. Just spent 2 nights at Mercure Swansea. Even though a couple of miles out of town still good location. Rooms at the back overlooking the lake are the best. Evening meal included in the deal was excellent. All the staff were really friendly, helpful and welcoming. They went out of their way to help make our stay very enjoyable. More
