Central hotel with great space in the bar and Dining room, but exceptionally small elevators. Room was comfortable and bathroom great.
I've just come back from the Dragon hotel which seemed really busy. Despite this, the staff were extremely friendly and attentive. I had a room on the 7th floor with on an average view and the water pressure was also only average. Nice spa and a good sauna which I used each night after a round of golf at some...

The hotel presumably gets its 4 star status because it has a pool and beauty centre. It is not for the rooms. The room I had was small and the mattress uncomfortable. There was no safety box and "in room" bits were minimal. The staff however were excellent. They make the hotel.
this was not a good experiance will not be staying here again, left me with no towels service was vague
it was a lovely room only downside was that our view was of a roof so couldnt really get a good view
We usually stay in Premier Inns but I decided to splash out a bit more for a touch of luxury - sadly it was not what I had hoped for. The hotel is clean, conveinently located and the staff helpful. The room decor was lovely and free city centre parking a bonus.
However, we paid for 3 nights in a...

The staff were nice and friendly but the superior double room was no bigger than a single room and was very compact. We stayed for 3 nights and i woke up...

Stayed here to visit family in Pontadawe. Ideally located for ailway station and shops. Local businessmen observed in the hotel-always a good sign if the locals use it. Great decor, service and breakfast. We had a deal which made it cost effective for us from Newcastle. We would stay there again.
The hotel is positioned within five minutes' walk of the railway station and the main shopping areas. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the bedroom and bathroom clean and bright although a little small.
The restaurant has an AA rosette for food, which struck me as very well deserved. The hotel was let down by a second-rate breakfast...

The external view of this hotel might be off-putting, but it has had a modern make-over inside and can stand up there with the modern hotels of the 'boom times'!!! Our room was well furbished and comfortable, although a little small for the three beds it held, needed to push beds together to make space to move about. A little...
