I was pleasantly surprised at the Celtic Springs Guest house, the rooms were lovely and clean, free parking and free wifi. The breakfast in the morning was scrummy. I will be using this place again when I am working in the area.

Our one night stay was quiet and pleasant. Very clean. New looking towels as well. Private off street parking a real plus as was the wifi. Bed was not the most comfortable. No breakfast available with our rate. While the room was nicely done the grounds are not at all inviting and wouldn't entice someone to stay. Trash is everywhere... More

Thank you for your comments. We are sorry you did not find our beds pleasing to you. We neither use a firm or soft mattress but in between so as to appeal to the majority. However you would have noticed our double beds are super king size and of a generous six foot wide and six foot four long. Something... More

Spent one night here 6th April and would be more than happy to use this friendly B&B again. Very comfortable, quiet room and superb breakfast cooked to time requested. We originally planned to visit the area 2 weeks earlier, but due to severe snow, we were unable to travel and the owners of Celtic Springs re-arranged the dates for us... More

The comfort there is untold and its so quiet and tranquil it is a very friendly place and they make sure the guests are comfy. Don't be put off by the dual carriage way outside, surprisingly, there is no noise to be heard. I will definitely go back when I visit my family again. Sean and Rebecca are true, honest... More

I spent a lovely few days here at the beginning of December. The room I stayed in was very comfortable and I loved that there was a little fridge and a great tv! Breakfast was delicious and everyone was very friendly. I was travelling alone and they went the extra mile to make me feel welcome. If I do return... More

A pleasant stay at Celtic Spring Guest house. Comfortable bed and a good breakfast to set you up for the day. On a good bus route to Cardiff city centre. Takes about 30 minutes. Looking forward returning in the near future.

I have not actually stayed in this hotel as I booked a room for a bussiness trip in November/December 2012 and they took the money from my credit card, despite their policy being the standard one of no reservation payment, full payment upon arrival at the hotel, cancellation free until 24 hours before booking date...etc, etc... Unhelpful/unfriendly woman answered the... More

I have used many hotels and B&B's in South Wales on business for a while and find this one of the best. The Location is central and just off the M4 so easy to find with ample parking. It is very clean, well maintained and the owners really care for your well being and will do their uttermost to ensure... More
