Not the best hotel to look at, but got a great Welsh welcome and was well looked after. Can't think why so many reviews dis this hotel. Be more than happy to come back. More

Theres nothing to write home about regarding the location or anything else about. Everything is average although it is close to some lovely areas of Monmouth ross on wye etc but the staff are really lovely very very friendly welcoming and helpful! More

Stayed here for 1 night, the hotel is very dated, looking very poor compared to the celtic manor opposite. Room was ok and bed comfy, although there were hairs in the bath.
