We booked the hotel as the chains we were more familiar with were all £90+ for a double room this weekend. The double room was en suite (not all are) and it was lovely, the bathroom was very well appointed. the booking system lets you book a room only for it to be cancelled later by the hotel claiming there are full.....funny how this happens the weekend of a game when they all inflate their prices !!

The room was great, with a large shower and two nice sized beds. Free wifi was included and it was very good speed. Asked for quiet room, on checking in room seemed ok, only later when it was too late to change was it apparant that the double glazing didn@t fit the window frame properly allowing traffic noise etc to disturb me well into the night as did the extractor fan in the toilet outside in the corridor, bed was not entirely level...
