This is a B&B you want to revisit. Paul and Stuart are lovely hosts, the rooms are stylish, breakfast is delicious and is you love dogs, you will have to meet Max. The location is nice because it is right between the Bay and the city centre and both can be walked or you can take the bus into town,... More

We've spent wonderful days in this lovely B&B and have nothing to complain about. The room ("Castle Coch") was cosy and well-provided, the breakfast was simply excellent and delicious, and Stuart and Paul are great hosts. Max, the dog, is a nice and funny chap, too. The noise from the street stops early in the evening. So this wasn't really... More

7 of us have recently returned from the Ty Rosa for a Stag weekend in Cardiff and we absolutely loved it! We were booked into the Annex apartments across the street from the main house. The Annex consisted of 5 rooms. 3 rooms on the first floor and 2 rooms on the second. There was a shared bathroom on each... More

A lovely stay, right from the warm welcome and coffee on arrival. Ty Rosa has a lovely homely feel to it - no need to stand on ceremony, just relax pretty much as you would do at home. The lounge / dining area has comfortable chairs and lots of books and DVDs that you're welcome to make use of during... More

Ty Rosa is a lovely B&B. The hosts are genuinely welcoming and very friendly. The breakfast menu is by far the best I have ever seen in a B&B. I strongly recommend the Eggs Benedict - absolutely delicious! We stayed in The Keep on the top floor. It was very nice with an amply sized king size bed. We were... More

Ty Rosa is in a neighborhood of terrace houses, some of which are well-maintained and some of which require further maintenance. Ty Rosa itself is very well-maintained. I stayed in the Annexe across the street from the main facility. The Annexe is also clean and neat and tidy and well-serviced. A bus to central Cardiff stops right in front of... More

My husband and I had a very pleasant stay at Ty Rosa. The old, historic Victorian house is lovely, the bed was comfy, and everything was very clean. The bathroom was quite tiny, but we did appreciate having our own bathroom rather than a shared one. The breakfast was fabulous! Our only complaint was not about the room or the... More

We stayed here for one night during a tour of Wales. The b&b really stands out from the rest of the houses in the street as the road and surrounding area is rather shabby. We found out later that this is one of the more deprived areas of Cardiff. Parking was not a problem and we could see our car... More

Me and my partner traveled from Newcastle and booked into Ty Rosa B&B for two nights as we where traveling to see family and planning a night out on the Saturday, we where welcomed by a very friendly gentleman who sat down with us for a chat and also recommended a few good gay bars before showing us up to... Booked blind from the net, what a win. the hosts were amazing... welcoming, free with information, and have a beautiful dog, Max. The house is cozy, quirky and decorated with style. Well positioned with bus stop outside and train station up the road! Free parking outside, yeh! Lovely little garden and lounge for your use. Not the Hilton by any... More
