Husband was moved here as Tanes guesthouse had a problem with their room. Room 6 here was clean and comfortable but in the morning 4 cars parked at the back had smashed windows. Staff very helpful but a negative point for the guesthouse unfortunately.! CCTV working and police looking into it.

Clean and comfortable and friendly! very basic but what more is needed for the weekend! could do with towel rail or hooks to dry them! 15 min walk to town but no noise at night! and chinese will deliver for £1! Thanks great stay!

Stayed here this weekend with the lads, great hotel to be fair, loads of space in the room for activities, clean aswell. 15 minutes stride from the town centre and they gave us toilet roll on the second day cause we used it all, brilliant! Lovely bright and clean room over looking the street. Most comfortable beds I have slept in for a long time. Avala Guest House has a bus at the door but it only takes about 20 minutes to walk in to the centre of Cardiff. Lovely breakfast. Would certainly recommend this Guest House.
