I first thought it was a B&B from its name when I was told to be booked into this hotel. It has the quality of a good chain hotels with high standard. I am not sure if this is a brand new hotel but the room and hotel definitely look new in every way. It has very good buffet breakfast.... more

This was my second stay at the Future Inn, Cardiff Bay. On both occasions, I have found the Hotel to be excellent value for money with easy parking (during the week), friendly staff, and a clean and large room. I did not eat in the restaurant so cannot comment on breakfast or any other meals. more

We had an excellent rate for a Friday night stopover after visiting the theatre. We experienced no problems with noise even though there was a large stag party staying there. The rooms are clean and the beds comfortable. We did find the room rather warm, even with the air conditioning on full, however, we overcame this by opening the window.... more
