Uncomfortable bed & pillows. We stayed in the mews appartments which were tired looking and very dark. Whole outside of Hotel looks like it could do with a good overhaul. This was my worst hotel experience for a long time. So-called double room was so small we had to walk sideways to get round the bed. Only one bedside table, TV so big it took up much of the very limited desk space, but reception was awful. Bath chipped and surrounded by mould. Room on second floor with no lift.... more

Churchills is in a nice suburby part of Cardiff, around a couple of miles from the city centre.
