The staff were rude and uncompromising the hotel was shabby and in need of upgrading. more
I read the previous review after booking the hotel so I was a bit scared of what we would find. We stayed for three nights and would have no hesitation in recommending the Cathedral to others. We planned on staying for 2 nights, however for some reason we were only booked for 1 night when we checked in (the guy who checked us in stated that 'the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing').
