Lovely room, comfortable beds, fabulous pillows, deep bath, excellent pool, brilliant location, 2 mins from shopping centre, castle and city hall 5 minutes, parking opposite. Room service breakfast chronic, items missing and food cold but felt this was a blip since colleagues raved about breakfast downstairs and the staff were all really helpful and I would recommend it

It feels like a nice chain hotel but is actually a really nice independent. Good room and facilities. WiFi worked fine. the restaurant is very good and the staff there very competent. Particularly like the fact that it was remembered that I was a vegetarian when I can down for breakfast and offered my veggie sausages....
