I don't normally bother to write a review but was tempted this time because of the amateur way in which guests are treated I arrived ariund 7pm and took ages to gain access as the only person on duty was manning the cellar bar. If you use the minute and poorly laid out hotel parking lot you have to lug your bags down slippery stairs into the basement, through the bar and up a narrow staircase to the hall.
