The man on the front desk at check-in was rude simply because we requested to check in before the 3pm time. Staff appear to be very poorly trained and do not have it together. I concur with previous visitors complaints about the noise from the fast food restraunt beneath, If only I had researched this hotel better before booking. more

At around £40-60 a night this hotel offers value for the money. The room I had was a massive double with ensuite despite me only booking a single.
