Cardiff is a city that has undergone vast change over the last decade or so with there now being a wide variety of reasons to visit and the parc hotel could not be better situated. Check in was efficient and the receptionist was friendly and helpful. Our room was on the 3rd floor and had everything you could wish for,... More

I booked our 1 night stay the day before we were to visit Cardiff. I booked it via booking.com and got a great price of £79 for a double room including breakfast which seemed like a very good deal. I was taken aback on the morning we were setting off for Cardiff to get a call from the hotel to... More

Recently stayed here for a weekend with some friends. Hotel is located about 25mins from Cardiff airport but is right in the heart of the city. Quite literally on top of the major two streets in Cardiff. Check in was a bit slow but the rooms/facilities were of a good standard. It's £15 for breakfast if it isn't included in... More

We stayed in a standard double room and were very happy with it. We hadn't been allocated a room when we arrived and were given the option of a walk in shower or bath with shower and either the front of the hotel or the back and then given a room to our specifications. We chose a room at the... More

My daughter and I had a Suite for one night. It's a lovely, very well appointed Hotel. Spotlessly clean and the room had lots of extras. We had a delicious full English breakfast brought to our room and we would not hesitate to go back at any time.

Stayed for a Saturday night for a works celebration (being held in the near by Mercure Holland House Hotel). Was fortunate to get a discounted room deal of around £80 for a double exec room. Friendly, efficient check in, asked if we wanted a quieter room at the back, or a street view. Picked the street view, knowing what to... More

Booked online for a two night stay during the six nations. Very good location, within walking distance of the stadium and pubs and clubs. Room was a super king, very large, clean and a good size bathroom. Couldn't get the tv to work, but a quick call down to reception sorted it out no problem. Despite being an extremely busy... More

In terms of cleanliness, comfort etc, the hotel is adequate. However, it is truly noisy at night, be it from the slamming room doors which don't seem to have a soft closers or from the nightlife outside. Now I know it's slap in the centre of the city, but the double glazing is completely ineffective. We made the mistake of... More

I stayed 3 nights on business. The hotel is very well located on the edge of the central shopping precinct and near the universities. The room was good, clean and contemporary. The free wi fi was much appreciated and got lots of use. The two things I noticed that may need attention are 1-stuff rooms...the heating was hard to control...and... More

What appears to be smart city hotel, has some disappointing features that could be easily fixed. As ever it might just be this room, a standard double which overall looks good. Unfortunately the room above has a very creaking floor (and I mean very creaky), pigeons on the window sill are a feature, noisy aircon fans outside the window, a... More
