We stayed for four nights. On arrival, reception staff were efficient and friendly when checking us in. Room was clean and tidy, quite small, a bit cramped - for example couldn't sit at the desk unless skinny enough to fit between it and the end of the bed! Hotel location is wonderful. The rooms were nice and comfortable. We really had a great time in cardiff and one of a reason because we stayed in this particular hoel. All the bars and clubs are in and around this hotel. Staff were really nice and friendly. The b fast was great . Deffinitely recommend this hotel.

We stayed for one night on 10 May for my Birthday. The staff were polite, cheerful and helpful. We had a large room which was nice and clean. The location is right in the city centre with easy access to the shopping centre and a stone’s throw from Jamie Olivers restaurant which serves lovely food. I would definitely visit again.

Really comfortable rooms at a reasonable price, attentive staff and a lovely bar to chill in. The food is excellent too, omelettes made to order for brekkie. Only downside is the car park is expensive - £16.50 for 24 hours.

Noisey back room looking on to pipes and ducts. Furnishings and size OK. They changed the room when we asked. Hotel boasts just two facilities, WiFi and a car park. Stayed for an awards night. First room offered faced a brick wall and claustrophobic btu secong room (125) huge- although the ceiling needs repainting and there was some music noise from outside. Lovely comfy bed. Had fishfinger sandwich on arrival- very good. Breakfast requested eggs benedict, not the best but also very good and nice to have that option.
