We stayed here for two nights whilst attending the GB Speedway GP at the millenium stadium. The hotel is located about a 15 min walk from the stadium and about 10 mins from the city centre. This hotel gave us what we paid for - nothing more, nothing less. We stayed overnight following the Take That gig at the Millenium Stadium. The hotel is around a 5-10 minute walk from the stadium/railway station and just 5 mins from all the restaurants/bars. We stayed at this hotel as we were attending the Take That concert I called the hotel to check the walking distance to the stadium and was told approx 7mins more like 25mins!!! which we were not impressed about on such a warm day, As Cardiff was really busy with the concert they charged room rate of £130.00 total rip... more

Recently went to visit family relations get-together in Cardiff and stayed at the IBIS. It was a refreshing change to have such pleasant staff, rooms were quiet and although we were staying for one night, the dinner was excellent with plenty to eat for breakfast too. Will come back again more

The location was better than we expected with everything within the reach. The Rooms though small & basic were clean. The linen was washed and well ironed.
