Recently went to visit family relations get-together in Cardiff and stayed at the IBIS. It was a refreshing change to have such pleasant staff, rooms were quiet and although we were staying for one night, the dinner was excellent with plenty to eat for breakfast too. Will come back again more

The location was better than we expected with everything within the reach. The Rooms though small & basic were clean. The linen was washed and well ironed. Greeted by staff that could hardly express themselves in understandable English. Room was ok, although a bit smelly and not very charming. The bed linen were ripped and very very used.
