If you like your night's sleep disturbed by creaking floor boards, creaking pipes and paper thin walls - then enjoy! If you like to be greeted on your return in the evening by ruse, and aggressiv security guards - enjoy. If you enjoy none of the above - book somewhere better. more

spent one night in this hotel. Everything was fine except for check in. I had booked four rooms for myself and my friends but, on arriving at the hotel, had to endure the ridiculous process of checking in and paying for each room as a separate transaction! Instead of check in taking 2 minutes, we were stuck waiting for each... more

For a budget hotel, this is very nice. Clean with good facilities, food very reasonably priced and a good choice of vegetarian meals. Nice touch - soya milk available. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was plentiful with a good choice of cereals and cooked selection, even porridge. Will definitely re-visit. The staff are worth a... more

Stayed at this hotel on a rugby weekend when Wales beat the Aussies! Had a brilliant weekend. £97.50 a night compared to £200+ in the large city centre hotels. 20 minute walk into the centre or a £4 taxi ride. Like most other Premier Inns you get a nice room with a very large bed. Everything in the room was... more

To be quite honest, I have little to complain about this hotel. For a city Hotel, this is in avery good location - 10 mins walk to centre at most. The staff were very helpful and friendly. That said, the noise from traffic on the main road side was appalling. Something needs to be done. It was relentless, and did... more

We stayed at this hotel for a stag weekend and were booked into 2 twin rooms. The rroms themselves consisted of a double bed and a single bed, flat screen TV with digital channels and a bathroom. The bathroom included a bath and a shower. The shower was very easy to use and had to problems with lack of hot... more

Me and my boyfriend stayed in this hotel as we were seeing a band in Cardiff and decided to make a mini break of it! The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful and did all they could to get us a taxi as soon as possible as the rain was coming down a treat! The room was comfortable, clean... more

Some 15 mins walk to the eastern end of the city centre & 25 mins to the Millennium Staduim, as a budget hotel the Premier Travel Inn has much to offer. Parking, clean, friendly staff, good bathroom with shower over bath, breakfast fine and the fixtures & fittings barring one exception were of a high standard. The cost in August... more
