Very nice hotel! A hidden gem, I booked as it was on offer and only slightly more expensive than the premier inn. So glad i did. Room was nice the AC has broken but there were already two fans in the room. The outside of the hotel looks a little old and dated but inside its a really nice feel.... More

The hotel is located in the city centre and has nice and clean rooms. Although the room was a bit small and the central heating/cooling doesn't seem to work properly. The central location is a real plus and gives the opportunity to explore everything in the city within foot distance. Unfortunately the elevator was broken and the room was located... More

This is the perfect location for a short city break. We stayed here as it was central to the night life plus close to transportation routes in and out the city. The room was tastefully decorated and was fresh looking. It's was spotlessly clean and I cannot find a bad word for this hotel only positive ones and all I... More

I stayed here for a work award ceremony so to some extent was simply grateful for a bed for a night, however I was extremely disappointed at the standard. I had a room on 3rd floor which I think is for disabled guests - this did mean it was spacious and I didn't mind that all the light switches were... More

Booked the superior room which had a few nice extras. It was only an extra £20 and it had a kingsize bed so we were happy! Room was huge, bathroom was great, bed was comfy and I think it was actually a super king, TV was enormous. My main quibble was that as part of the superior offer they provided... More

We stayed here for 1 night in 2 superior rooms. Our room was on the 5 th floor and very dark and dingy, it was also very noisy in to the small hours. Our daughters room on the 4th floor was quieter as it was on the pedestrian side of the hotel - but even darker - only 1 small... More

Needed to book for one night and this was one of the cheapest but well rated too on TA. The entrance is as a previous review stated: rather ominous; you have to either take the stairs or a lift at the back. Didn't bother me though. The room we had (407) was extremely clean, everything was there and all amenities... More

Perfect city centre location, this boutique hotel is better than your normal chain hotel. The carpark wasn't easy to find via the sat nav but we managed it in the end!! The staff were fantastic and allowed us to check in early. A beautiful room and stunning bathroom, this room offered great value for money. We would Definately stay again.... More

I have slightly mixed feelings on this hotel. The original room I was in was unacceptable - dingy and dusty with a broken bed. The staff however were so friendly they moved me within minutes to a much better room. Overall the hotel was quiet and is located in a fantastic area, so I would consider another short stay if... I would like to say a big thank you to Scott first of all who helped me along the way in organising/changing so many rooms, for us all, could not have done it without him. 17 of us have just returned from a fun filled hen weekend. The hotel was better than we expected, very modern and a great location... More
