not reccommended management not very friendly put in disabled room with no bath just a shower that sprinkled with no power no web site information of no smoking rooms had to stand outside lot better hotels in area for about the same price more

Had to move room as the room i had was dirty. Was still dirty next day. Electric was off in the morning at 5. 30 no one on site to help very scarey. Noice from main road was very loud ,Heating in room was poor . No apologie for power cut . Security with peoples card details let on shelf... more

Basic but good. The things that mattered to me were right. Big bathroom, good shower with rose on a hose, big comfortable bed, good draught Stella, good food, cheap. All the staff are French, some are good, some bad. I would stay there again. more

I have been unfortunate in being forced to stay in several 'hotels' in the Campanile chain throughout the UK, from Hull to Cardiff. I cannot stress the forced enough. I would never voluntarily stay in one. A French owned company that does not translate into the UK. Service is lacking, staff unhelpful, rooms small. Just bad experiences. more
