The rooms look lie they need a total refurb. Furniture needs replacing, TV needs upgrading, fittings loose or damaged. Walls need lick of paint / new wallpaper. New carpet too. Very nice restaurant with lake view, very good plate for dinnera and good breakfast but poor rooms, old british style not so well mantained. No free wi-fi! Quite expensive, £90 one night. Good waiters service
