We booked this last minute as we were going the the U2 show at Millennium Stadium and decided to stay the night prior to the show. My husband and I stayed in The Park Inn City Centre for 1 night as we were going to watch Al Murray in the International Arena which is perfectly situated on the opposite side of the road to the hotel. Within easy walking distance of Cardiff Central railway station (even with wheel-along luggage). Checked in (and out two days later) quickly and efficiently with pleasant, helpful reception staff. The room was clean, well provided with tea, coffee, milk etc. but outlook from window was dismal. The lift was always quickly available (Usefull, my wife and I have slightly impaired mobility)... more
