easily the worst hotel ever its a complete disgrace that this hotel recieved a 5* rating but it is so much worse it has retained it, it should b stripped of it immediatly and made a 3*. it may have modern minamilist decor and an excuse for a spa but really and truely the hotel is a joke. basic service... more
